Lead all-day Clergy Event  - Feminist Biblical Interpretation, Jesus’ Scriptures, and Your Lenten Sermon

Biblical scholar. Dr. Julie Faith Parker, will lead a two-part participatory clergy day. She will speak about feminist biblical interpretation (morning), including discussion of her book Eve Isn’t Evil, and lead a workshop on preaching on the Old Testament during Lent (afternoon). The common theme is power and energy in making Scripture come alive.
